JOIN US FOR WORSHIPWe meet each Sunday morning at 9am for worship. Afterwards be sure to stick around for coffee and doughnuts. SUNDAY @ 9am

We meet for Bible study on Sunday's after our worship service at 10:45am. We also meet on Wednesday nights at 6:30 for Bible study. We believe that in order to understand the Bible and apply it to your life you must spend time reading the word and it is helpful to study it together wtih other people in a setting that encourages disscussion. That is what we try to do in our Bible class time. You will find an atmosphere of open and honest discussion where we are not afriad to ask tough questions. You won't upset the apple cart by expressing doubts or non-traditional thoughts in these classes. That kind of thinking is welcomed as it forces us to examine God's word closer and to seek his will as we study it. We hope you will join us in Bible study.

There is no better way to feel like you are part of a church family then to get connected to other believers. Here at Central we encourage everyone to get involved with a small group. Small groups meet each Sunday night from September to May in people's homes. They are times of Bible study, sharing struggles and triumphs, lifting each other in prayer, and often laughter and story telling over a plate full of snacks. There are many different groups with different personalities and styles and we are confident you will find one that will build you up. Children are welcome at our groups and our Middle school and High school students meet each week in a group just for them. Ask someone today about small groups we would love to have you join us in one.

At Central, we believe that it is our responsibilty to be a blessing to those around us. In our community we have many families who struggle to make ends meet, keep the lights on, and get food on the table for their children. We are here to help those people. We may not be able to fix every problem or meet every need, but we are always willing to do what we can. We are blessed to be part of the Feeding America food bank network and due to that are able to provide grocery assistance to a number of families. We also help with financial needs as we can by appointment on Thursdays. If you would like to make an appointment call the office at 270.252.0330

We would LOVE to hear from you!Fill out the form at the left and a message will be sent to the church office. We would love to hear from you and answer any questions you may have about our church.

At Central we love kids. And kids have alot to do hear at Central. Between Children's church each Sunday, Bible Class, Summer Camp, and special activities throughout the year our kids have alot going on. We take seriously the responsibility of teaching our kids the Bible and have developed a strong Bible study curriculum that engages the students and is alot of fun for both children and teachers.

OVERLOOKED BOOKSHave you ever read 1&2 Timothy, how about Titus or James? There are powerful words of truth in the many short and often overlooked books in the New Testament. Look at them with us and see what God is saying to you through them.WATCH OUR SERMONS ONLINE

Central Youth Rock! There is no way around it. We have a great group of middle school and high school kids at our church. And we are always looking for more students to jump in and get involved. Our group centers itself around our Sunday evening small groups. These are nucleous of all that we do. Out from that we have Bible class on Sundays and Wednesdays, fun activities, and trips throughout the year. In all we try to give our students plenty of oppurtunity to serve others and grow in Christ. We always have alot of fun and would love to have you join us.

At Central we sincerely try to follow the Word of God and its teachings. However, our ability to logically figure everything out is not the basis for our acceptability before God. Our salvation is based on what God has done for us through Jesus Christ. What we must be right about is the fact that we cannot be right about everything and we are therefore completely dependent on God’s graciousness and mercy.ABOUT THE FATHERGod the Father is omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, eternal and immutable; full of love, justice, goodness, mercy, and truth (Eph. 4:61 I Cor. 8:6; I Tim. 2:5). He is the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ and of all who believe in Christ as their Savior (John 5:17-18, Galatians 4:4-7).ABOUT THE SONGod the Son is our only Savior, full of grace and truth, in whom all the fullness of the Godhead dwells bodily. God the Son is both divine and human (though sinless); born of a virgin; died; was buried, and rose again. He ascended into heaven and is now at the right hand of God the Father awaiting His return (Col. 1:14-19; John 1:1-3; Acts 4:12; John 1:4; Isa. 7:14; Matt. 27:57-60; 28:6,7; Acts 1:9; Heb. 1:3; I Thess. 4:16,17).ABOUT THE HOLY SPIRITGod the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, whom the Father sent into the world to reprove it of sin, righteousness, and judgment; and to testify concerning Jesus Christ (Matt. 28:19; John 16:8-14). He indwells in all true Christians and through His various ministries He enables the believer, encourages the Church and to help us live a godly life (Rom.8:9-10, I Cor. 6:19, Gal.5:16-26).ABOUT THE SCRIPTURESThe Scriptures, as originally written, are inspired of God. (2 Tim. 3:16,17).ABOUT THE CHURCHThe church is the body of Christ on earth, empowered by the Holy Spirit to continue the task of reaching the lost and discipling the saved, helping them become fully devoted followers of Christ (Ephesians 4: 1-16).ABOUT SALVATIONSalvation is a free gift of God. The death of Christ on the cross is the only sufficient payment for our sins. All sin, but all can be saved. This salvation is available for any who put their trust in Christ as Savior (Romans 3:23, 6:23; John 3:16). Those trusting Christ should repent of sin, confess their faith, and be baptized into Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9; Acts 2:38).ABOUT CHRIST’S RETURNChrist will one day return and judge all people (1Thessalonians 4:13-18). Unbelievers will be separated from God's presenceand believers will be welcomed in God's presence.

At Central Church, our mission is to be the presence of Jesus in our community. We are to continue the ministry of Jesus. That being, to help others know the Father and preach the gospel. At Central, we grow together, we worship, we serve, we laugh, we cry, we learn, and we reach out to our community with life-transforming truth. We reach out to you as well. Our doors are open. Our hearts are open, too. If you’ve been thinking, praying, searching and hoping for a place to belong, we say again—Welcome Home!
